| 80g tomato or pizza sauce | Sliced mushrooms 40g |

180g reduced fat mozzarella cheese, grated |
Sliced red pepper 40g |
| Diced cooked chicken 40g |
| Method |
| Cut the muffins in half and place in the toaster |
| Spread a couple of tablespoons of sauce over the top of each muffin and then top with your favourite toppings, using them to form a picture |
| Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over |
| Place in a preheated oven or toaster oven until cheese is melted |
| Serve warm Enjoy! |
