4 English Muffins, split in half | Canned pineapple sections 40g |
80g tomato or pizza sauce | Sliced mushrooms 40g |
180g reduced fat mozzarella cheese, grated |
Sliced red pepper 40g |
Diced cooked chicken 40g |
Method |
Cut the muffins in half and place in the toaster |
Spread a couple of tablespoons of sauce over the top of each muffin and then top with your favourite toppings, using them to form a picture |
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over |
Place in a preheated oven or toaster oven until cheese is melted |
Serve warm Enjoy! |
